What a buyer cannot see from an Alibaba listing.
Xiamen Yuhaoxin Technology Co., Ltd. was registered in 2025 to sell a machining plant's capacity direct. The plant has been cutting metal since 2004. This page is the part that usually stays hidden.
Six stages, in the order a part moves through them.
Each stage names the decision it fixes. If you only read one section of this site before a first order, read this one.

The building
The shop sits in Tong'an, Xiamen — an industrial district on the mainland side of the bay, twenty minutes from the port at Haicang.
Machining, inspection and packing are in the same building. That matters more than it sounds: a part that has to cross a road between operations is a part that gets lost.

The Swiss line
Fifteen sliding-head lathes with bar feeders: Citizen, Tsugami and STAR, five-, six- and seven-axis. Bar goes in one end, a finished part comes out the other, and the part is not handled again until inspection.
This is where φ1 to φ38 mm work runs, and it is the line that makes small parts economic at volume.

Turning and milling floor
Ten gang-tool lathes for the simple, fast work, two four-axis vertical machining centres for prismatic parts, and two Miyano BNY42 five-axis turn-mills for anything that needs a turned bore and a milled face in one setup.
Sixty-odd machines in total. The mix is deliberate: the small work stays on the fast machines, the complex work goes where it can be done in one handling.

In-process inspection
First article approved before the run, then checks through the run rather than one measurement at the end. Operators measure at the machine; the QC room measures what the operators cannot.
Three automatic OD full-inspection machines, a 2D vision system and a 2.5D flash measuring instrument carry the volume checks. A Mitutoyo micrometer and a height gauge settle the arguments.

Packing
Counted, bagged, boxed and palletised against the packing list approved with the order. Cartons are labelled per carton, not per pallet, so a partial delivery still makes sense.
Small parts get an individual bag and a desiccant where the finish is cosmetic. Anything anodised is bagged after the anodising coupon is signed off, not before.

Loading
Photos of the pallets on the truck, the container number, and the seal — sent before the container leaves. If a shipment goes wrong, the photographs are how it gets resolved.
FOB Xiamen is the default term. CIF and DDP are quoted on request.
The list, in process order.
Brands and counts as they stand on the floor. If a machine is added or retired, this table changes with it.

Five gates, in the order they occur.
- Incoming material. Mill certificate checked against the grade on the order, and a handheld XRF reading on every lot of stainless and titanium.
- First article. Every critical feature measured and ballooned on the drawing before the run continues.
- In-process. Operator checks at set intervals, logged against the FAI, with SPC where the volume justifies it.
- Outgoing. CMM, 2D or 2.5D inspection on critical dimensions, and 100% on the features the drawing marks as critical.
- Documentation. Dimensional report, material certificate and packing list filed against the order number.
What we can show, and what we cannot.
ISO 9001:2015, a high-tech enterprise recognition, and a wall of utility model patents for fixtures and part designs. No aerospace or medical system certification — if your programme requires AS9100 or ISO 13485, say so early, because it changes whether we can take the work at all.
- ISO 9001:2015 — certified. Certificate copy on request.
- National High-Tech Enterprise — recognised in 2022 for the machining operation.
- Utility model patents — fixtures and part designs, registered by the machining operation. Photographed, not claimed.
- NDA — signed before drawings are shared. Our form or yours.
We do not hold IATF 16949, ISO 13485 or AS9100. Where a buyer needs them, we say so at quotation rather than after the PO.

Three ways to check, before you spend money.
A buyer who cannot visit is taking a risk on every overseas supplier. These three reduce it without requiring a flight.
Visit the plant
Tell us two weeks ahead so the machines running your part are actually running. We will show you the material store, the floor and the inspection room, in that order.
Video walkthrough
A live call with the part in hand: the machine, the operator, the measurement, the packing. Recorded and sent to you afterwards.
Sample order
One piece, paid, with a full dimensional report. It is the cheapest way to test whether the drawing, the quote and the part agree.
Ask for the certificate, the report, or the video call.
We would rather answer a hard question before the order than explain a problem after it.
