What this website collects, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
Two things only. First, what you type into the quote form: name, company, email, country, the part you are asking about, quantity and your message. Second, if you accept the cookie banner, aggregate analytics about pages visited.
Why we hold it
Enquiry data is held to answer your enquiry and to quote. It is stored on the server that runs this site and in the mailbox at xiamenyuhaoxin@163.com. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
How long
Enquiries are kept for three years so that a repeat order can be traced to its original drawing and quotation. Analytics data is retained according to the analytics provider's default retention period.
Who else sees it
The hosting provider that serves this site, and — only if you accept analytics — Google Analytics. Drawings you email are seen by the engineering and sales staff who quote the work, and are covered by the NDA we sign on request.
Your choices
Write to xiamenyuhaoxin@163.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We answer within 30 days. Analytics can be withdrawn at any time on the cookies page.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at anyone under 16.
